In pursuance of Tender Notice No. 10/2025 dated 13.11.2025 of the office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur whereby Sealed quotations were invited from reputed firms/shops having requisite experience for providing 1000 packets of A4 Paper, 200 packets of Judgment Paper A4 and 50 packets of Legal size Paper, for the official use in different offices of Civil Court, Muzaffarpur, with tender period of 21 days from the date of display of this notice on the website of District Court, Muzaffarpur.

Time period is further extended for 15 days from the date of display of this notice on the website of District Court, Muzaffarpur. Quotations received after stipulated time/date shall not be entertained.

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed firms having requisite experience for providing 15 pieces of Canon (070 Toner Cartridges) for the official use in different Courts of Civil Court, Muzaffarpur, with tender period of 15 days from the date of display of this notice on the website of District Court, Muzaffarpur. Tender Notice:-01/2025

With reference to the Short Tender Notice No. 01/2025 dated 06.05.2025, related to Sealed quotations which are invited from interested parties for providing House keeping & Cleaning Services to the Muzaffarpur Judgeship up to 28.05.2025, during office hours, at the Nazarat, Civil Court, Muzafffarpur, wherein due to typographical mistake at Para No. 04 of Annexure-I, which is one of the conditions for Tender has been erroneously written and the same is being rectified and be read as “Every bidder must deposit cash/Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, at Nazarat, Civil Court, Muzaffarpur as earnest money deposit.”

The Short Tender Notice. 01/2025 dated 06.05.2025 is rectified up to the above extent. This order shall form part of Short Tender Notice No. 01/2025 dated 06.05.2025.

The notice for inviting quotation for Air Conditioners published on dated 07-02-2025 on the website of District Court, Muzaffarpur has been cancelled due to some technical reasons.
